Award Package
An award package fee of S$21,888 (inclusive of prevailing GST) is applicable to all brand winners (except for special merits winner) upon confirmation and notification of their winning status after the Final Judging Round.
The Award Package includes:- Extensive publicity across SPH’s print and digital platforms, reaching an audience of over 2 million.
- A dedicated brand write-up in our Winner’s Special Publication.
- Official listing of all Winners on the SPBA website.
- Commemorative certificate presented at the Award Certificate Ceremony.
- Prestige trophy presented at the SPBA Award Presentation Ceremony.
- Reserved table at the SPBA Award Presentation Ceremony.
- A commemorative package presented to each Winner.
- Exclusive privileges with ASME and Lianhe Zaobao extended to a company-nominated representative.
Note
- All Cheques are to be made payable to “ASME”.
- A penalty fee of S$500.00 will be imposed for withdrawal once the participating Brand has been shortlisted for the Final Round of Judging, regardless of attendance at the Judging.
- The award package is payable even if the Brand decides to withdraw from the Award upon notification and announcement of its win, after the Final Judging Round.
- Award Package inclusions are subjected to changes without prior notice.
Eligibility
To qualify for the Singapore Prestige Brand Award (SPBA) 2025, the participating Brand (called the ‘Brand’ henceforth) must satisfy the following criteria:
- The Brand must be owned by or operated under a local registered private limited company (including partnerships, limited liability partnerships and sole-proprietorships), public-listed companies, not-for-profit organisations, government-linked corporations, or institutions.
- All brands must have its origins in Singapore to qualify for all award categories, except the International Brands category.
- The Brand must adhere to the criterion of each of the following Award Categories:
Note
- Brands established for 5 to 8 years may choose to participate in either the SPBA – Promising Brands or SPBA – Established Brands.
- Brands established for more than 25 years may choose to participate in either the SPBA – Established Brands or SPBA – Heritage Brands.
- “Foreign market” is defined as “a country OR a city with population exceeding 5 million”
- The Brand must demonstrate that branding activities have contributed significantly to the growth and development of the Brand.
- The Brand must not be in receivership.
All Brands will have to make their submissions in accordance with the Judging Criteria for the respective Award Categories.
The final eligibility of the Brand will be subjected to the discretion and approval of the SPBA 2026 Award Organising Committee.
Members of the SPBA 2026 Award Organising Committee must not have any direct or indirect interest in the Brand.
Entry Requirements
Submissions are to be sent to the Award Secretariat no later than 19 September 2025.
The submission should include the following:
Compulsory
- BizFile Form (Business Profile);
- Completed submission in accordance to the Judging Criteria;
- One complete set of Year 2022 to 2024 Audited Financial Statements*#. If the financial statements for Year 2024 have not been audited, please submit the most recent management accounts; and
- Soft copy of the Brand logo to be used on publicity materials in two formats:
- JPEG, high resolution, minimum 1200 x 1500 pixels, full colour, at least 300 dpi
- EPS/AI format, full colour
Optional
- Soft copy of the Brand logo to be used in Chinese collaterals, if any; and
- Brochures, Corporate Identity Guide and any other supporting materials.
Note
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided in the Brand’s submission and supporting documents are true and accurate. All submitted documents will be kept strictly confidential for SPBA judging purposes only.
The participant shall ensure the timely completion of the Brand’s submission to the Award Secretariat. Participants will be notified via email upon receipt of submission materials.
* For Brands participating in the SPBA – Special Merit, financial statements are not required.
# Brands eligible for audit exemption may submit their management accounts.

Terms & Conditions
By submitting this entry for the Singapore Prestige Brand Award (SPBA), the company acknowledges and agrees that:
- it is the company’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is true and accurate;
- all necessary submissions and payments must be received timely by the award secretariat;
- the organisers, organising committee, and the award secretariat will not be responsible for the loss of any award-related documents, materials, or payments;
- the organisers, organising committee, award judging panels, and the award secretariat shall not be responsible for any of the company’s breaches and representations;
- the company will indemnify the organisers, organising committee, award judging panels, and the award secretariat against all losses arising from any of its breaches and representations;
- the company accepts and agrees to abide all the rules and regulations of SPBA;
- the company accepts that the organisers, organising committee, award judging panels, and the award secretariat shall have the right to reject or disqualify its entry or submission;
- the organisers, organising committee, and the award secretariat have the right to use the brand representative’s name, brand name, company’s name, brand logo and company’s logo for promotional or publicity purposes without any prior consent;
- all decisions made by the organisers, organising committee, award judging panels, and the award secretariat in all matters relating to this SPBA shall be final and binding;
- the company will take up the award package priced at S$21,888 (subject to changes) if it is selected as one of the winners. The company further agrees that should it be notified as one of the winners, it will pay the award package even if it decides to withdraw from the SPBA;
- that the organisers, organising committee, and the award secretariat are authorised to use or release all information, other than financial information, provided in this submission;
- that the organisers, organising committee, and the award secretariat are authorised to use photographs, video and audio recordings from any source. The company acknowledges that no compensation shall be due to itself, its representative and its brand for such usage;
- the company consents to the organisers, organising committee, award secretariat, sponsors and partners to contacting it by any means; and
- the company consents to receiving communications from the organisers, organising committee, award secretariat, sponsors, and partners. These may be in the form of promotional materials, event updates, or offers.
By submitting this entry, the company declares and warrants that:
- it has no history of past, pending, or ongoing litigation, criminal proceedings, or investigations;
- it has not been convicted of any offence or found in breach of any law, regulation, or directive issued by any regulatory authority in Singapore or elsewhere;
- to the best of its knowledge, the company is not the subject of any complaint, regulatory inquiry, or proceeding that may result in a breach of law or code of conduct;
- the organisers, organising committee, and the award secretariat reserve the right to disqualify or revoke the award title should the company fail to disclose the above information in the submission or pay the award package.
For reason of fair play, ‘buying’ votes is strictly prohibited for the SPBA – Most Popular Brand campaign. Promotional messages that mention any or all manner of incentives outside of the lucky draw prizes are considered as ‘buying’ votes. If the aforementioned prizes are to be mentioned by the SPBA Winners, they are required to publicly acknowledge the campaign organiser. More information on the conditions of the voting procedures would be provided before the campaign. In the interest of fairness, the organising committee reserves the absolute discretion to reject or disqualify any entry upon notice of such activities.
The organising committee reserves the right to remove any inductee from the SPBA – Hall of Fame, if the committee considers in its sole and absolute discretion that it is necessary or desirable to do so, for the purpose of maintaining the integrity and/or reputation of the award. The organising committee’s decision on any such removal is final and each inductee agrees to accept any such decision of the organising committee as a condition of its induction into the SPBA – Hall of Fame.

This Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) sets out the basis by which the organisers, organising committee and the Award Secretariat may collect, use, disclose, or otherwise process personal data of all members, non-members, customers and content providers of ASME, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”). This Notice applies to personal data in our possession or under our control, including personal data in the possession of organisations which we have engaged to collect, use, disclose or process personal data for our purposes. Please read this Notice before submitting any information requested by us, or signing up for any goods, services or activities offered by us, so that you are aware of and understand the purposes for which we collect, use and/or disclose your personal data.
p>SPBA Winners will be accorded the right to use the SPBA logos and trophies for promotional or publicity purposes, on the condition that no modification is made to the above-mentioned. They are to be represented in a dignified, respectful, and proper manner in accordance with the corporate identity guides and are subjected to the approval of the organising committee.
The award organising committee reserves the right to withdraw any category.
